Doctoral Researcher or Junior Postdoc (Physics and/or Optics)
Offer Description
The Horizon Europe ERA Chair VIBraTE is currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Doctoral Student (or Junior Postdoc) in the field of experimental physics and/or optics to join our research team. The successful candidate will conduct cutting-edge research in the project and will work together with one of the Senior Postdocs in the group to build and use an Optical Microscopy setup for the core of the project as well as will participate in various developments within the group.

Engineer (Support and Development)

The Horizon Europe ERA Chair VIBraTE is currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled engineer to join our research team. The successful candidate will work with a team of interdisciplinary researchers and will maintain the hardware and software infrastructure of the group as well as participate in various developments within the group’s projects.

Senior Postdoctoral Researcher (Applied Mathematics)

The Horizon Europe ERA Chair VIBraTE is currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled postdoctoral researcher to join our research team in the field of applied mathematics. The successful candidate will work with a team of interdisciplinary researchers to develop mathematical models, analytical tools, and numerical simulations to study complex systems in fields, such as physics, engineering, and biology.

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic recent university graduate to join our ERA Chair project. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with leading experts in their field and participate in exciting research projects. The project will focus on one of the 4 research axes of the project. The position will be based at the Institute of Information and Communication Technologies of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences. and will involve travel to international conferences and training schools.
